This is a Vintage Kitchen Scale by Universal Art Deco/Shabby Chic styling from the 1930's!
This solid old kitchen scale was made by the Landers, Frary & Clark company in New Britain, Connecticut, USA!
Use it just as it is, a fabulous treasure from the past, weighing items up to 24 pounds or use it as part of your own unique decor! Has a calibration adjustment knob which calibrates back to one. On the back is a large decal with 'Weights & Measures' and 'Weight Equivalents of One Cup.
This scale measures 7" tall and 6" wide. It is in really great shabby chic rustic condition. There are some small chips in the paint and the top has some discoloration which may or may not come out - it has character!
Scale appears to measure weight accurately with the base amount being one not zero. May be a an ounce off.
